Common questions

Do unused credits roll over?
Up to one billing period's worth of unused plan credits rolls over into the next period automatically — credits can only roll over once, so they don't accumulate indefinitely. Top-up credits (purchased separately) are valid for 180 days from purchase.
Can I transfer or cash out credits?
No. Credits have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money, transferred between accounts, or moved between workspaces.
What's the difference between edge-tts and Google Cloud Neural2?
Regular Voices use Microsoft's edge-tts engine — 400+ voices across 70+ languages, great quality and included on all plans. HD Voices (Neural2) and Ultra HD Voices (Chirp3-HD) are Google Cloud's premium engines, trained on significantly more data with noticeably more natural, expressive speech. Creator and Power subscribers get access to both HD and Ultra HD voices.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page and your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period. You keep your remaining credits until then.
