Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Vingler at vingler.intelstacks.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to all users — free, paid, and admin.

2. Description of service

Vingler is an AI-powered podcast generation platform that converts text, documents, and URLs into audio podcasts using large language models and text-to-speech technology. The service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits are not permitted.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits and billing

• Free credits — 3 credits are granted on signup, one-time, with no expiry.
• Paid credits — credits purchased via a paid plan reset monthly on your billing date.
• Credit costs — Short podcast: 1 credit · Medium: 3 credits · Long: 10 credits.
• No rollover — unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
• No refunds — credits are non-refundable once used for a generation, whether successful or not due to content quality issues.
• Payment processing — all payments are handled by Razorpay and subject to their terms.
• Price changes — we reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Vingler to generate content that:

• Is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or threatening.
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• Impersonates real individuals in a misleading or harmful way.
• Contains hate speech, incitement to violence, or discrimination.
• Is intended to deceive or defraud listeners (e.g. fake news, scam content).
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations in India or your jurisdiction.

You also agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform — including using automated scripts to bulk-generate podcasts or circumvent rate limits.

6. Your content

You own your content. By submitting text, files, or URLs to Vingler, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your podcast. We do not claim ownership of your input content or the resulting audio.

You represent that you have the rights to submit the content you provide — including any third-party text, documents, or web content. Vingler is not responsible for copyright infringement arising from content you submit.

7. Generated content

AI-generated scripts and audio are provided for your use. While we aim for quality, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of generated content. You are responsible for reviewing generated podcasts before publishing or distributing them.

Generated audio is stored on Dropbox and accessible via a private link. We do not guarantee indefinite storage — links may expire or be removed if your account is closed.

8. Intellectual property

The Vingler platform, its design, code, and branding are owned by IntelStacks. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform to you. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the Vingler interface or branding.

9. Disclaimers

Vingler is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your requirements. Use of AI-generated audio for commercial purposes is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelStacks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Vingler — including loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational harm — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vingler in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@intelstacks.com. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, without obligation to refund unused credits.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active paid subscribers by email of material changes. Continued use of Vingler after changes constitutes acceptance.
