Privacy Notice

Summary: Vingler collects only what it needs to run the service — your email, name, and the content you submit for podcast generation. We don't sell your data, use it to train AI models, or serve ads. Your content and personal data are stored in India. You can download or delete your data any time from
Account → Privacy.
1. Who we are
Vingler is an AI-powered podcast generation service operated by IntelStacks
(vingler.intelstacks.com). When this policy refers to "Vingler", "we",
"us" or "our", it means IntelStacks. For questions about this policy, contact us at
support@intelstacks.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following when you use Vingler:
- Account information — name and email address when you sign up.
- Content you submit — text, files (PDF, DOCX, TXT), or URLs you provide to generate podcasts.
- Usage data — which features you use, podcast length, language selected, and generation timestamps.
- Payment data — processed entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number or UPI credentials.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and approximate location (city/country) for security and rate limiting.
3. How we use your information
- To generate your podcast and deliver the audio file.
- To manage your account, credits, and billing.
- To send transactional emails (password reset, credit reset notifications).
- To detect and prevent abuse, spam, and bot signups.
- To monitor service health and fix errors (via Sentry error tracking).
We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not serve advertisements.
4. How we store your data
- Account data — stored in a PostgreSQL database on our server, hosted in India.
- Generated audio and cover images — stored in a private cloud object store and accessible only via a time-limited signed link, or a share link you explicitly create.
- Uploaded source files — processed in memory and deleted immediately after podcast generation.
- Custom background music (Power plan) — stored privately and automatically deleted after 30 days.
5. Third-party services
Vingler uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Google Gemini API — generates podcast scripts from your content.
- Google Cloud TTS / ElevenLabs — generates voice audio (Creator/Power plans, and stock/cloned voices).
- Microsoft Edge TTS — generates voice audio (Free/Hobbyist plans).
- Backblaze B2 — private object storage for generated audio/video and cover images.
- Razorpay — processes payments and subscriptions. Subject to Razorpay's privacy policy.
- SendGrid — sends transactional emails and in-app notifications.
- Sentry — error monitoring. Error reports may contain anonymised request data.
6. Cookies
Vingler uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies,
advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. No third-party cookies are set by Vingler.
7. Data retention
- Account data — retained until you delete your account.
- Deleted podcasts — kept in Recently Deleted for 30 days, then permanently purged.
- Account deletion — once requested, your account enters a 30-day grace window (in case it was a mistake), after which your personal data and content are permanently purged. Payment and invoice records are retained as required by law regardless.
- Data export downloads — available for 7 days after you request them, then deleted.
- Custom music uploads — deleted automatically after 30 days.
8. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you — download it any time from Account → Privacy.
- Request correction of inaccurate data (via your profile settings or by contacting us).
- Request deletion of your account and associated data — self-service from Account → Privacy (workspace Owners only).
- Withdraw consent for optional communications (e.g. marketing emails) any time from the same page.
- Raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer — see below.
You can also email support@intelstacks.com. We will respond within 7 business days, and the Grievance Officer within 24 hours.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data — including bcrypt password hashing,
HTTPS-only access, CSRF protection, rate limiting, and server-side input validation.
No system is 100% secure. If you discover a vulnerability, please report it to
support@intelstacks.com.
10. Children
Vingler is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data
from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated"
date at the top of this page. Continued use of Vingler after changes constitutes acceptance
of the updated policy.
12. Grievance officer
As required under India's IT Rules, complaints or grievances about your personal data
or about content on Vingler can be raised with our Grievance Officer:
