Acceptable use policy
1. What's not allowed
- Content that pretends to be, or sounds like, a real person without their consent.
- False or misleading information presented as fact, including fake news, fake documents and fake reviews.
- Election or political content intended to mislead voters.
- Hate, harassment, threats or violence.
- Sexual content, or any content involving minors in a harmful way.
- Scams, fraud, or instructions for weapons, explosives or other illegal activity.
- Content you don't have the rights to, such as someone else's book or article.
2. Voice cloning
If you use Vingler's voice cloning feature, you confirm that the voice you upload is either your own, or that you have the explicit, informed consent of the person whose voice it is. Cloning a voice without consent is a violation of this policy and may be unlawful.
3. AI disclosure
Every Vingler podcast automatically includes an audio disclosure identifying it as AI-generated, plus an embedded metadata tag. This cannot be removed or disabled through the product. Attempting to strip or circumvent this disclosure is a violation of this policy.
4. What happens if the rules are broken
Depending on severity, we may remove the content, issue a warning, suspend or terminate your account without refund, and — where the law requires it — cooperate with lawful requests from authorities, including disclosure of your identity.
5. Report something
Every shared podcast has a "Report this content" link on its public page. You can also contact our Grievance Officer directly at grievance@intelstacks.com.
